The industrial park was created in 1989 in a 2-3 storey construction. The facade consists of coordinated materials such as clinker brickwork, exposed concrete, aluminum and light metal. The inner courtyards and the surrounding area ensure a pleasant atmosphere thanks to attractive green areas.
